He attended Inter America University of Puerto Rico, College of Optometry and earned his Optometric degree in 2000. While in training, Dr. Nguyen completed several intern and externships and was the recipient of numerous clinical excellence awards. Dr. Nguyen is a member of both the American and California Optometric Associations as well as San Joaquin Optometric Society. In addition, he also is an active member of the Contact Lens Section of the American Optometric Association and Beta Sigma Kappa (International Optometric Honor Society). Dr. Nguyen is Board Certified by National Board of Examiners in Optometry and the State of California to diagnose and treat medically related eye conditions. Dr. Nguyen provides full scope of optometry services including comprehensive eye exams, diabetic eye exams, glaucoma disease management, laser surgery consultation, and contact lens fittings and evaluations. |
